These are 75 minute yoga classes designed to address specific peri-menopausal symptoms, and include active and restorative yoga, breathwork, a guided meditation and a blissful relaxation session. These sessions will reset your nervous system to reduce anxiety and promote better sleep restoring your equilibrium and feelings of well-being.
